Features
FW-320 is a reliable and affordable VTOL fixed-wing plane designed for
long-range inspection, survey, aerial photography, agriculture, search
and rescue and public safety applications. As a fixed-wing UAV with VTOL
and hover capabilities, the FW-320 features a modular airframe that can be
set up in less than 10 minutes, does not require runway or catapult to get
airborne. Once in the air, the aircraft transitions to horizontal flight.
Due to its modular airframe design, FW-320 fixed-wing plane can be set up
in less than 10 minutes by a single man. FW-320 airframe is using light-weight
and high strength composite material, which will enable the fixed-wing plane
to fly up to 2.5 hours at 23KG take-off weight, at an average cruising speed of 78KM/H.
as a push-prop fixed-wing. The pilot does not need to do compass calibration on
the VTOL UAV, saving lots of time in emergency tasks. Furthermore, the fixed-wing
VTOL won't get affected by surrounding electromagnetic interference (EMI) anymore
since the compass is replaced by DGPS, significantly improving the
VTOL flight stability in the air. Thanks to its excellent stability and powerful
payload-lift capability, FW-320 VTOL drone can be used in mapping, search, rescue,
and surveillance applications. For mapping application, the VTOL supports these
mapping cameras: SONY RX1R-II/A7R/A6000/A5100 camera, oblique camera and LiDAR.
As to surveillance, it supports these cameras: 3-axis 30x zoom camera /
2-axis 30x zoom camera (for daytime missions), 3-axis 30x EO/IR camera /
2-axis 30x EO/IR camera (for daytime and nighttime missions).
